Families in Transition

Families in Transition is a non-profit agency located in Manchester and Concord, NH that provides safe affordable housing to homeless individuals with or without children. Their services include weekly home-based meetings for counseling and case management, weekly educational workshops and support groups, and a health clinic to assist in medical needs or health care referrals. Families in Transition provides not only the time and place to recover from homelessness but also the support to help participants overcome the root cause of the homelessness which may include poverty, domestic violence, mental illness, and addiction.

MTS Services was recently one of the major sponsors for FIT's largest annual fundraiser, Cinco de Mayo Celebration.
