MTS Guarantee

  • MTS Services guarantees its work for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of substantial completion. Any defect in labor will be repaired at no cost.
  • MTS Services is a BICSI Prestige Corporate Member, Platinum Contractor, has Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD) and Registered Technicians and Installers on staff, and follows the guidelines of the Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manual for all of our installations.
  • Our installations comply with current ANSI/EIA/TIA 568-B.1 Commercial Building Telecommunication Cabling Standard and 569-B Commercial Building Standards for Telecommunications Pathways and Spaces unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Manufacturer Guarantee

  • Through extensive training and a certification process, we are able to provide manufacturer extended product warranties for up to 25 years warranting that the structured cabling products will be free from material defects and workmanship defects (of the product) for up to 25 years.
